Each Ainkas Jewels piece is thoughtfully made to order with intention, precision, and care. Because of the custom nature of our designs, most personalized pieces require up to 20 business days for production prior to shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Simply add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator at checkout to view your shipping rate.

Due to their personalized nature, custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. However, if there is a verified issue resulting from Ainkas Jewels, we are committed to resolving it promptly.

For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.
