STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION

All packages are shipped using USPS First Class Mails Service or USPS Priority Service. All in-stock items unless otherwise noted take typically 5-7 Business days to arrive to you. All tracking information will be emailed to the email address associated with the account.

18K SHIPPING INFORMATION

All of our 18K items are made to order or require a longer processing time than our standard items. We ask that you allow up to 20 Business Days to receive all of our custom 18K pieces. We will shop all items using USPS First Class Mails Service or USPS priority service. All tracking information will be emailed to the email address associated with the account.

Custom Shipping Information
For all of our custom items that require custom/ personalized engraving we ask that you allow between 3-5 weeks to receive this item. These items are made to order and take longer than our standard shipping process. All packages are shipped using USPS First Class Mail Service or USPS Priority Mail Service.
